End of week 6 – weight loss journey / challenge

Video was actually shot 3/3/11 – End of week 6 . Lost 1 pound this week. SW 197.4 CW 183.8 Total weight loss 13.6. Goal weight is 130ish. Anyone else trying to lose weight – would love to give/get some support. So easy to fall back into the same bad eating habits and routines. Trying to stay focused.

Welcome and thanks for stopping by! I wanted to put together a quick little video to introduce the new website for my Weight Loss Miami blog. Losing weight is so incredibly hard to do and so many people across the continent try many hundreds of different weight loss programs and most of them fail in their efforts and never reach their weight loss goals. I’m so excited to say that I’ve recently lost 40 pounds and I’ve never felt better. I have more self confidence and self esteem and I’d like to show you how I did it so you can have the same results yourself! In order to do this I need to let you know that my website exists. It’s really not realistic to think that that I can help everyone on a global scale so I decided to take a more local approach and reach out to people in my home town of Miami. If you’re trying to lose weight you’ve probably done the same things that I have. I’ve tried every diet plan out there. Yes, that includes the low calorie, the high protein, the fruit only, and the low carbohydrate popular diets. But I got varying results with each one of them and they weren’t the results that I was looking for. I would lose some weight and then before I knew it I would start overeating again and put it all back on. Sound familiar to you?
